With an emphasis on development and value-add multifamily projects, we partner with investors whose values, long-term objectives, and interests complement ours. We establish mutually beneficial relationships and expand the capabilities of our team and the return that our partners receive.
Leadership
Joshua Jones leads Landstory Property Group as its founder. His background is comprised of financial services, investor relations, and performance management. As a seasoned real estate investor and licensed realtor, his primary focus is concentrated in new business development, deal analysis, and investor relations. Joshua is responsible for the overall growth and direction of the company.
Joshua’s passion for real estate first emerged while working in his family’s real estate business as a young adult. After graduating from Millersville University with a BA in economics, he began investing in residential real estate in Philadelphia. He earned his PA salesperson license in 2017. His goal is to help communities reach their full economic potential, while helping investors secure their financial future.
